Music aside, we believe design is at the beating heart of Ibiza – and we knew it way before this shift.

As residents and design aficionados, we’ve recently observed a notable trend emerging on the island. As highlighted in our journal, which lead to its curation, Ibiza stands out as a global leader in pioneering architecture and eclectic design and this reputation is starting to attract some of the world’s most iconic luxury brands. Donning their famous design prowess and unmistakable motifs, to be splashed over and showcased at luxury hotels and beyond, are Burberry, Dolce and Gabbana and Jacquemus. The glitterati are getting their most decadent visit ever, and the fashion industry is making a name in Ibiza hospitality experience in unexpected ways.
It´s 2025 and fashion is no longer confined to the runway, the retail stores or the rails inside Carrie Bradshaw´s New York apartment. Fashion is popping up left right and centre at Ibiza’s high end hotels and beach clubs. With Ibizas clientele about as eclectic as its design, we find those with a love affair with fashion who’ll go all out with matching Burberry biniki or Burberry beach tote, or those who find pleasure in sitting on a chair dressed in plush upholstery in the signature check print, shaded by a parasol that reads Burberry overhead, is the closest they will get. Perhaps these luxury brands are becoming more accessible for some. If you’re, however, the former, you can purchase these Burberry summery accessories, swimwear and sunglasses at the hotel.
Burberry Rooftop at The Standard, Ibiza

One of the stand-out collaborations in 2025, is the partnership between British fashion house Burberry and The Standard. Renowned globally, Burberry has left its mark at UP, the hotel´s rooftop bar, which boasts a serene space elevated with bright yellow coloured tables and branded parasols. The chairs and seating areas are dressed in Burberry’s signature check pattern reimagined as woven textiles, creating a distinctly British touch. While the umbrellas may appear understated at first glance, a closer look reveals the word “Burberry” subtly printed on them—an embodiment of modern luxury that fuses timeless British design with the cosmopolitan spirit and wild energy of Ibiza.
The views from the rooftop are quite characterful since you have the lovely, white ibiza houses peering through the terrace. One of the elements that draws the design into a tropical paradise is the array of vegetation in shades of vibrant green, spilling out of bright yellow planters, in keeping with the yellow of the design – a staple color choice by The Standard. The overall aesthetic is a dreamy, sun-washed style with design flair, creating a stylish and cool atmosphere. There’s a swimming pool on this rooftop with views of Dalt Vila, as locals will know, but for some, it was quite the surprise to find the pool marked with the words Burberry!
Dolce & Gabbana at Clap House, Talamanca

Another example of fashion’s influence on Ibiza’s hotel design is the hypnotic collaboration between Italian fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana and Clap House. With an enormous swimming pool at its core, Clap House is one of Ibiza’s most exciting leisure openings in 2025. The combination brings the unmistakable opulence and seductiveness of the Dolce & Gabbana brand to the Mediterranean landscape. The designers’ signature baroque-inspired aesthetic with wild animal print is reinterpreted into a modern, luxury poolside setting.
The design, from the co-founders Eric and Aleix Sanllehy, utilizes sandstone for the wellness spaces and features Mediterranean and Japanese aesthetics, highlighted by Dolce & Gabbana accents in the pool club area. A rich tapestry of Italian elegance, think intricate gold details, lush fabrics, sumptuous cushions and striking tiger print that plays off the island’s natural beauty. Guests enjoy sun-drenched days sipping cocktails by the 50 meter pool, while being hugged in a world where high fashion meets poolside glamour. It speaks to the fusion of old-world luxury and the island’s youthful energy, where every detail has been meticulously crafted to reflect the brand’s vision of opulence, and indulgence, enriched in Italian savoir-faire.
Jacquemus at Casa Jondal

Meanwhile, at Casa Jondal, the whimsical spirit of French designer Simon Porte Jacquemus takes center stage in an immersive pop-up experience. Jacquemus has hosted retail experiences around the world and this summer he landed at the exclusive Casa Jondal. The transformation includes a beautiful resort collection of clothing and accessories available in the pop-up boutique – what joy. There is nothing better than shopping after a delicious slow lunch, especially when it´s a buy-me-before-its-too-late type temporary opportunity. Inspired by the French Riviera, the brands limited edition design tops parasols, sun loungers, seating areas, and revamps the Casa Jondal restaurant.
With the brands distinctive palette and a new petanque court, the scene makes a truly Instagram-worthy spot, through until October 2025. New to Casa Jondal chiringuito? you may wonder what it looked like pre-transformation. The project by Ibiza PRO Directory Designer, More Design, took cues from the natural environment where native pine and Sabina trees rest peacefully along the coastline. The exquisite design with barefoot luxury influences is quite the juxtaposition to that of this summer. The chiringuito´s usual face is one of raw wood, local clay, straw and beige cement, creating a rustic and organic ambiance. The after? some might say it’s the perfect location for Slim Aarons-esque photo moments – daring black stripes against clashing black polka-dots stamped on vivid yellow, adds to the Provençal-inspired space.

Further along on the Spanish peninsula, fashion is already well established in hospitality. Christian Louboutin’s 13 room hotel, Vermelho in Melides, Portugal, features an eclectic design that contrasts a sober, traditional Portuguese exterior with a richly decorated, maximalist interior inspired by his brand, personal exploration, and diverse cultures. The hotel pays homage to Portuguese tradition and craft celebrating the works of Italian sculptor Giuseppe Ducrot and Greek Artist Konstantin Kakanias. Louboutin has furnished the hotel with his personal collection of antique furniture, art, and objets d’art. The design is a vibrant mix of classic and modern elements, reflecting Louboutin’s personal aesthetic and travels through Europe, Egypt, and India. Eclectic, bold, and beautiful, the essence of Christian Louboutin embraces the spirit of every guest, extending far beyond just the soles of their shoes.
The World’s First Hotel Dedicated to Fashion – Los Felices

Los Felices on Ibiza’s southwest coast is the only place in the world, where the fashion industry entirely is a permanent tribute at a hotel [image Los Felices: Ibiza Property Journal]
While hotel and fashion fusions represent a recent pivot, Ibiza has long been a haven for designers and creatives. The first hotel in the world entirely dedicated to the marriage of fashion and hospitality is Los Felices, which opened in 2024. Located in the bay the San Jose region of Ibiza, this boutique hotel is not a fleeting pop-up, but a permanent tribute to the intersection of fashion and the hotel experience. The design echoes Palm Springs aesthetics from the 1950s to the 1970s, and mid century style, but it’s inside the hotel rooms, suites and villas where fashion leads – each room honors a famed or emerging fashion designer, from Ibiza and beyond. The hotel offers a curated environment where everything from the architecture to the design details feels like an extension of the runway.
Los Felices boasts a Futuro House, a fiberglass UFO construction, inspired by the prefabricated houses that architect Matti Suuronen designed in the 70s. The fun Futuro House sits purposely at the foot of the Los Felices purpose built runway. It brings the kind of high-energy typically confined to fashion shows as we know them. Los Felices goes maximalist on fashion – a place to experience the fashion world entirely, from clothing and accessories, to the best book publications, fashion shoots and shows. The hotel stands as a permanent testament to the industry and embraces how great style can elevate a hotel stay. Here, fashion isn’t just about clothes—it’s about how design, mood, and aesthetics can shape a hotel experience, as can be felt at all of the Concept Group hotels.
