Ibiza Rural Hotels
This type of property was built before 1940 and is located in the rural countryside. Some were originally country houses later converted into hotels for tourism. The size of the land (campo in Spanish) surrounding the hotel will be a minimum of 50,000m2 which may provide a feeling of privacy and seclusion. Rural hotels usually have no more than 25 rooms.
